John Gentile
Founder & Podcast Host
Born in 1961 in New York City, with music and the gift of speaking in his DNA, John Gentile grew up in a large working class family. During the 80’s he played piano in a variety of bands while studying to become a Doctor of Chiropractic, which he did in 1986. But everything changed in 1988 when he met his beautiful wife, Christine, and again in 1989 when he met Jesus Christ and became born again. Married in 1990, they both have been a part of the church community in the Capital Region of NY since the mid 1990’s. They have raised a family of 5 children in Duanesburg, New York and now have 4 adorable grandchildren: Georgio, Amelia, Charlotte and Santino.
In 1996, the Lord poured into John an intense process of creating. It has run the gamut from writing/producing music, writing words of encouragement and praise for the Lord, to Pastoring a church and preaching the Gospel from the pulpit. John spends his time ministering the gospel to anyone who will give him their ear. He is the Campus Pastor of Bethel Saratoga in Saratoga Springs, NY as well as a staff member of Bethel Full Gospel Assemblies of God Church in Rotterdam, NY.
Edge of the Spirit Ministry is an out from behind the pulpit ministry with a strong digital presence helping men to be better husbands and fathers in this radically changing culture. Edge is the culmination of a life’s work glorifying God in any creative and impacting way possible. Through any creative and digital means available, Edge of the Spirit's teachings will attempt to engage the culture for Jesus Christ. Edge of the Spirit Ministry has been created and ordained by God to be on the cutting edge of the spirit of societal evolution.
Michael Gentile
Podcast Host
A son of John Gentile and a podcast consultant for Edge of the Spirit, Michael keeps busy hosting a sports podcast out of NYC called New York Fellas along with his co-collaborators (a group of guys he has known all of his life-including his brother Matthew.)
Michael works in the Big Apple as a Fraud specialist for a nationwide digital bank.

Rick Witkowski
Musician and Producer
Rick is a media and music consultant for Edge of the Spirit ministry producing musical arrangements and collaborating with John. Rick has been in the music industry for over 40 years, excelling as a musician, writer and producer. His many career accomplishments include writing a Billboard Top 100 hit (Vitamin L), playing with Bruce Springsteen, opening for Journey, Supertramp and the Pope and becoming the go-to guy for audio branding for the Nickelodeon network, all from his base in Weirton, WV.

Stacey Leonard
Creative Director
Stacey Leonard is an artist, creative director and agency owner of Compass Creative. She strategizes and spearheads brand and project launches, branding, web design, digital marketing, technology systems and more for her clients.
Stacey lives in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY and keeps busy adventuring in nature, studying God's word, or meeting deadlines. She is an artist and hobbyist musician, dabbling in writing songs on piano and guitar.
